WCEP LLC is the legal entity that operates Maui HD, Maui IT Services and HD Pilot.

This limited liability partnership was formed in 2017 to manage the financial and marketing connected to WChris Media (the predecessor of Maui HD), WChis.com (the predecessor of Maui IT Services) and Dust Consulting Services (which closed in 2017).
​
Since formation, WCEP LLC created Maui HD for social media, video production and marketing. Maui IT Services took over the work previously performed by WChris.com and expanded to offer refurbished equipment in response to needs created by the recent COVID-19 pandemic. To explore the new opportunities created by the emergence of Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (UAV) or "drones," WCEP LLC created HD Pilot to perform video, photography and mapping work that is best performed with a drone.

Chris Sickels as President and Chief Executive Officer leads the overall direction of the WCEP LLC companies. He is the principal in charge of Videography for Maui HD and is the technical expert behind Maui IT Services. He has been involved in the maintenance of computer systems and networks since 1998. Chris is also an FAA-certified drone pilot for HD PIlot.

Evan Dust manages the finances of the companies operated by WCEP LLC. He also coordinates the marketing efforts for the WCEP companies and the clients who rely on Maui HD for marketing strategies. He has many years of experience in marketing services, particularly in the planning and engineering fields. Evan also serves as a videographer and editor for Maui HD.
